After beginning his construction career in 1992, Matt Maxwell joined Bobby Robertson as a business partner in 2004. Matt has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Prior to joining RMC, Matt was a Project Manager for a large mechanical contractor in Texas. During those 7 years he was responsible for managing multi-million dollar projects in commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and semiconductor industries.

After Bobby Robertson retired in 2010, Matt has continued to operate the company and is now the sole owner of RMC.

In 2018, Chase Berendzen joined RMC as a Project Manager. Chase brought his mechanical experience in the commercial/industrial market of the DFW area to RMC and has been a great asset to RMC's growth and success.
