Our work includes chillers, cooling towers, air-handling units, sheet-metal duct systems, and complete mechanical room installations. Below is a selection of recent HVAC projects demonstrating our experience in complex, schedule-driven environments.
RMC performed turnkey MEP services for the HVAC upgrades at Bowie County Courthouse consisting of a new cooling tower and new hot water boilers.
Completed Summer 2022
RMC provided turnkey MEP services for HVAC upgrades to support an energy upgrade for multiple sites within the Longview ISD system.
RMC and its subcontractors provided a turnkey MEP replacement of (4) large indoor AHUs within the manufacturing space of this facility. The work included equipment, ductwork, CHW piping, electrical upgrades, insulation, controls, structural modifications and fire protection modifications.
Completed June 2018
RMC completed retrofitted (8) mechanical rooms at TJC which included removal of abandoned equipment and installation of new booster pumps and VFDs.
Completed April 2016
This project consisted of an energy upgrade performance contract in which we supplied all piping & electrical installation for chillers, cooling tower, pumps, RTUs, AHUs and control components. Electrical scope of work also included the complete replacement of a 480V/3ph switchgear.
Completed January 2016
This project consisted of the piping and electrical work to replace an older Cleaver Brooks hot water boiler with (5) Lockinvar condensing style hot water boilers.
Completed October 2015
RMC provided piping and rigging services for the installation of a 500 ton chiller, 500 ton cooling tower and pumps.
